This is probably the worst phone of all time. I bought it for it's sleek design, qwerty keypad, microsoft operating system, speakerphone, camera, predictive texting functionality... the list goes on and on. After 5 days of being on my home phone with customer no service and STILL completely unable to download ringtones, upload photos, see when I have a message (yup, no fucking lighted display), or constant web browser failure, I'm done.
where's the packing slip? this one is going back to the factory.
